What are the future costs? (EU and North America)

When you are ready to start selling your chatbot service to your clientele, these are the charges you will have after a 30 day demo period (ie: you won't get charged until after you confirmed that your customer stays with you/pays you):

You charge your customer whatever you want.

The below prices are what you will pay us after a successful demo period:

  • Each additional operator on the server is charged at $5.75 per month
  • Each additional WhatsApp integration is charged at $15 per month (SMSchat WA or CloudApi)
  • Each additional Email gateway integration is charged at $5 per month
  • Each additional Web, FB, Instagram, Viber, Telegram integration on the server are charged at $1 per month
What makes Promptchat the lowest cost chatbot builder platform in the world?

As you are shopping around you will see that every other chatbot platform limits the number of messages you can do within a calendar month. All Promptchat accounts come with unlimited messages!

Do you offer price match if a lower priced alternative is found?

Yes. Find an alternative supplier with the same functionality and stability Promptchat offers and we will match the price.

Can I offer a free trial to my prospective customers?

Yes, 30 days. You will not be charged by us for any accounts which are younger than 30 days.

How will I be charged?

On the last day of every calendar month you receive a report and an invoice with the number of active operators and integrations you have on your server (outside of your free account for you own business use)

Can I block customers who decides not to stay after their demo?

Certainly. Simply go to your customer management console and block access to any none paying customer. You will not be charged for blocked customers.

When I block my customer(s) access to my system, is their data deleted?

No. Customer data does not get deleted even if your customer leaves your service. We find that most customers return after some time and want to continue to use the service where they left off. (At this point you can reactivate their account)

Who are the operators?

Operators are the employees of your customers. You will need minimum 1 chat operator for every customer account. Operators build the chatbots, send chat marketing campaigns and answer live chat requests from their website visitors or WhatsApp contacts.

What are my total fees per month? (example)

Let's assume you start a chatbot builder service in your country and you now have 1 customer.

This customer has 1 operator with 1 chatbot on their website, 1 chatbot on their WhatsApp number, 1 Email gateway and another chatbot on their Facebook page.


These will be the monthly charges for 1 customer account;

1 operator ($5.75 each)

1 WhatsApp gateway ($15 each)

1 Email gateway ($5 each)

1 Web integration ($1 each)

1 Facebook Integration ($1 each)


TOTAL: $27.75 for 1 Customer per month


When you have 10 customers, your monthy charges will be $277.50.
